All orders are subject to approval and confirmed payment before shipping. All orders are created at the time of order confirmation and may take up to 6 weeks to ship. Normal shipping takes 1-2 weeks. All images are copyrighted and we retain all rights to all images unless written permission is given. Once an order is confirmed and in process of being created no cancellations or changes can be made. 100% customer satisfaction is guaranteed, less shipping and handling charges and product is returned freight prepaid in the same condition as shipped. Due to free shipping, all sales taking advantage of any free shipping or discount promotions and returned in the same condition as received will be assessed a 15% return fee to accommodate shipping, handling, and packing charges. ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY WHISPERING IMPRESSIONS STAFF BEFORE IT IS RETURNED. No refunds will be given and returns of merchandise that are damaged, not pre-approved for return, or special orders.
